Meet Protocol! They are a biblically accurate black bear. That was brought to life using magic ink. Like any angel, they are a force to be reckoned with. But certainly don’t mean to frighten anyone with their appearance. Protocol makes an appearance to bring good news. ( And possibly get belly rubs and try new tasty snacks )
